The Avaya solution servs Allianz'nearly 3,000 users, the equipment
and applications used in the Allianz Korea project was one of the largest in its scale ever undertaken worldwide. At the head office, a pair of Avaya S8700 Media Servers, 10 Avaya G650 Media Gateways, and 700 Avaya 4600 Series IP Telephones were installed. At the branch offices, 152 Avaya S8300 Media Servers, 40 Avaya G700 Media Gateways, 111 Avaya G350 Media Gateways, and 1,300 Avaya 4600 Series IP Telephones were deployed.
In addition, the Avaya IP Office application for teleconferencing was deployed which allows up to 60 people to participate and also allows a bill evaluation to be easily produced.
The Avaya EXPERT SystemsSM Diagnostic Tools have been engaged to resolve any type of system alarm. With Avaya EXPERT Systems, details of any detected failures are sent to the service center for remote diagnosis and problem solving. Through this patented technology of Avaya, the system actually takes corrective actions even before the administrators detect a failure.
The Avaya implementation lowered overall communications costs and improved overall productivity.
