At their head office in Sydney, ING Australia has implemented Avaya Communication Manager Release 1.3 running on an Avaya S8700 Media Server to support 2,250 associates. They also have an Avaya DEFINITY(R) G3si Communications Server at their other location in Sydney that supports 616 associates. For their offices in Tuggerah and Melbourne they have Avaya Communication Manager running on two Avaya S8500 Media Servers that support about 100 associates each. For their smaller sites, they have Avaya Communication Manager Release 3.0 running on five Avaya S8300 Media Servers in Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Parramatta and Glen Waverly. Today, ING Australia has 50 users of Avaya IP Softphone and they have a mix of IP and Digital telephones with 400 Avaya 4600 Series IP Telephones and about 2,700 Avaya digital telephones.
Across their network, they have six contact centers with 440 agents total. Of these, 50 agents are actually IP Agents.
For their messaging needs, they have Avaya INTUITY(R)AUDIX(R). They do use Avaya Global Services for Implementation and Maintenance Services. Their data infrastructure is Cisco.
